Kingdom of GnomelandOfficial State Flag of GnomelandThis flag shows the skull of the Lich, Bura, symbolizing the utter destruction and humbling of the order she created during the Mennasian Restoration. The skull upon the flag therefore represents the power and deathlessness of the monarchy, arising from its mere setback during the rebellious years of the Republic. By displaying the skull of the Lich who manipulated the falsity of Gnomish democracy, the new state flag also discredits the Republic that preceded it.
The background is script in the Sylvan language of the Fae, heaping praise and recognition upon the ancient traditions of the Gnomish monarchy and the Gnomish people's connection to the Fae. The colours gold and blue are those of House Merniso.
The red gemstones upon the crown - numbering five - represent the Godshards, and the triumph of House Merniso and its allies over them.

Restored Flag of NomeshThe old flag of the city of Nomesh has been restored in all of its garishness.

The Royal GuardThe monarch is protected by three orders.
The Immortals - So named because elvish lifespans - for this order is composed of recruits from the Moonleaf Clan and its allies who have taken up permanent residence in Gnomeland. Foreign elves may take up Gnomish citizenship to serve in this guard. Additionally, as the noble elves who fought for Mennas have had their nobility recognized by Gnomeland, it is possible for an elf to become monarch via the elective monarchy system.
The Order of the Dawnflower - The monarch offered Grandmaster Ruren the chance for the Dawnflower to serve as part of the royal bodyguard. The Dawnflower in charge of protecting the royal person should also be open to volunteers from Keshan who wish to accept Gnomish nationality in exchange for service.
The Few - A chivalric order in the House Beilquark fashion. (House Beilquark being the only Gnomish noble house to accept the chivalry system due to human influence). It will also be inspired by Propson's Pine Guild. This group will mostly be composed of knighted Gnomes.

The Order of the Dawnflower will be tasked with recovering the High Queen of Keshan's crown from the Shadow Realm.
Dawnflower VarangianNow that a map of the whole world can be drawn, Gnomeland will look to expanding its trade empire throughout the known world.

Domestic PolicyMennas has set in motion the setting up of a
National Guard, as a federal police force to supplement the army and keep order. By recruiting possible detractors to Mennas' rule, it also converts them into loyalists, since their employment is going to redirect their priorities and goals.
A Confucian style cult to Isichei, the Great Gnomish Philosopher, will be encouraged and promoted, with veneration to other Gnomish philosophers such as Malcolm and the Merniso monarchs. It will therefore, in a sense, serve as an Imperial Cult. It will include other aspects of ancestor worship and legitimize itself by bringing Gnomes back into touch with their Fae abilities which they had all along, but forgot about. This Confucian style cult will receive direct government patronage through the funding of a grand academy to train
GNOMISH LAWYER PALADINS. They will draw their faith from their culture, tradition, philosophy and above all, their dedication to the very concept of Lawful Neutral Law itself - employing the power of Mechanus.
